I have two comments for this post..

1) It really helps that CTDT is not going after a chunk of the Jewelry market, and focusing only on industrial. As mentioned previously, diamond dust or crushed diamond etc. cannot be used to manufacture wafers, so DeBeers can never get into that fray with what they have, so no competition between really exists between CTDT and DeBeers.

2) HUGE market reform announcement came out today about market shorting, which undoubtedly is a main factor in how DeBeers has been holding CTDT down.

Read this:

"This is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to the MARKET INTEGRITY of the trading in your's and every other public company in the United States. After years of fighting against "naked short selling" (20 years from our efforts), the United States Supreme Court has blocked Wall Street's attempt to stop companies and its shareholders from suing them at the state level. The Supreme Court ruled this morning that companies and investors CAN SUE at the state level for Federal Securities Laws violations of Regulation SHO (rule governing short selling) and the RICO (anti-racketeering statute) can be applied! This is the beginning of the end for the practice of short stock without disclosing it, locating it, borrowing it, paying the interest rate to borrow it and never covering the short position. RICO violations are punishable as a criminal offense and jail time."

This comes from a Company called BUYINS.NET, a group that specializes in identifying and reporting Market shorting activity..
This is a big blow to the part of Wall Street that is engaged in exploiting the markets...
PUBCO Stock investment is about to become real again it seems...
