You really need to stop listening to the wrong people. Just imagine how much money you could have saved if you listened to me months ago. I was talking about 005 coming for many months and guess what where we were a few days ago.

Now at 005 it could be a good buy in case they ever get their thumb out of their a ss and do something for their shareholders for a change. It sure is a better buy at 005 than at 03 and 02 and 015 and 01 where certain people here screamed how good of a buy it was. Unfortunately you listened.

All the lawsuits are definitely a problem, especially the new one and who knows it could bring the company down to it's knees. That's the risk that exists even at 005.
