Yes Marc,

Profitable for the first time in a while. Quite frankly there is no reason that trend shouldn't continue positive from here. With Tyler Texas affiliate now fully contributing to earnings they shouldn't have any issue maintaining profitability barring unforeseen circumstances.

Sounded like deals are on the table pending final signatures. Unfortunately these items seem to be dragging but should get done. They will inform us as soon as the deals are completed.

I believe the company is at a turning point here.
