Well if you ask the company they'll say the BMOC franchise deal is still on, as is the reality show, and they still might get Tully's. The truth is probably much different. BMOC probably dropped them like a hot potato because they don't actually make a profit. How the heck do you sell franchises of a business that loses money? The corporation can't even turn a profit, so who would buy into that other than penny stock traders? Nobody. Hopefully BMOC bailed and saved themselves.
