In the same time, since 2009 I created two successful businesses, both profitable. I did it with almost no upfront capital. One of the two now has six figure profits (opposed to six figure losses here.) We don't even need 90% nude girls to do sales. We're just the best at what we do.

Not trying to pat myself on the back, just saying it's amazing what can be done when you don't siphon most of the money out of a company to fuel your ego. BCCI should have reinvested as much of their profits as possible. If it was me, I'd have sold that beach house, rented an apartment, and used the money to launch ONE GREAT COFFEE SHOPPE, perfected it, and then used the profits of that one to buy another, and another, and only after I had 10+ solid earning stores would I have repurchased the beach house or gone on vacation.
