I doubt it will go into bankruptcy. Stan and Gill's salaries are the biggest expenses, they could defer them again, if they had to. Also, Disney still owns 10%, they could always make an offer for the company ($25 million is what they valued it at 6 years ago) .

Short term (next 45 days) I think a lot depends on either getting money from Focus Media ( for the Realm and maybe Annihilator and Replicator and Antilight IPs). It looks like Fundamental Films is ready. I expect upfront money to be about $800,000 per IP.

I think $800,000 last year was for Arch Alien, so I wouldn't expect much ($400-$800,000 producer fees for Stan and Gill) when it starts filming.

I haven't heard anything about international sales of "Lucky Man", but, TV show adds and cancellation news is starting to come out. I would expect POW! to get about 2.5%, more if they had a good negotiator.

Genius Brands has done a good job selling their animated series, but, a new series would take time to generate revenue, unless it was already finished.
