In spite of what some people believe, being a penny stock or a penny stock pumper doesn't give the right to lie, cheat and steal other people's money. Ever hear of citx? Or rtnb? The nature of the complaints in their class action suits reads something like this:

The Complaint alleges that throughout the Class Period, defendants made materially false and misleading statements, and omitted materially adverse facts, about the Company’s business, operations and prospects. As a result of defendants’ alleged false and misleading statements, the Company’s stock traded at artificially inflated prices during the Class Period.

Sounds rather lorsch-like, wouldn't you say?
