Yep Macy and Nordstrom both confirming the downtrend in brick and mortar retail sales. This is an especially large issue for SHLD considering the value of its real estate is based on the premise that it could be leased out to other tenants like Nordstrom if Sears did go under. I'm not sure how more people don't see the trends, especially Lampert
