Momenta likes to base its Executive pay and bonus to a basket of other companies in its field. The list is suspect but that's a different discussion.

If you look at the 15 or so companies it uses for comparison the real question would be why the groups stocks have produced 1 year and 5 year returns of -8.8% and +144.4% on average while Momenta has returned -52% and -49% over the same time period?
