Hootsuite and Sprinklr are over $1b valuations and Sproud Social is close. If they get any traction whatsoever with their software, where we are at right now is a joke. In fact, even a pre-revenue, pre-product software company with $3mil in the bank would be valued at least 10 million from a private equity firm. And this is a company with a history of large satisfied clients, and an extended service offering.

If I'm a PE firm, I'm buying them out for whatever I can, right now, which is at the very least >2x our current pps.
