RFB, the offer being undercut is a no brainer, it's inexperienced seller after another leap frogging. If i'm right and I usually am, somewhere between a small shareholder and somebody that got stock in a settlement for past settlement issues is banging away at it with no regard because they don't care, it's not necessarily free money persay but they just don't care. As far as I can tell IMO, nobody shorts an .11 or .14 deal the risk is to great. My instinct is, as you could have done it years ago when doing a financing with these little stocks is some sort of hedge and believe me it was done way before the ink ever hit the paper so I doubt seriously the new guys are in doing anything. To that end I believe it's settlement paper and I will have to go back through the filings and try and figure out the timeline. Let you know
