Company Defunct? Well, no one ever replies when inquiries are made to Investor Relations so I went to the phone numbers provided on the 3rd qtr. 2015 report at otcmarkets.com.
The first phone number is no longer working. A gentleman answered when I called the second number. When he picked up he did identify himself, no did he ever mention that I had reached FPWM so I had to ask him directly. Coldly, He indicated I had reached the company.
I asked if the company was now defunct. He said, "No."

I asked if the company was about to become defunct. Again, "no."

I explained my inability to get any response from the Investor relations point of contact.

I asked when the financials would be brought current. He said, "By the end of the 2nd qtr." Also, he said he would have the software checked to see what was going on with the Investor relations email software.

This was a very strange phone call. I was not made to feel like anything but an unwelcomed houseguest so I politely terminated the call. Is this company possibly NOT what it advertises itself to be?
