The fact you have a ask that is repeatedly undercut also signals either two things - a clueless shareholder base that has zero idea how a security works or more likely, a dilutive financier that is more interested in destroying value of current holders, causing them to flee the security, leading to even more depreciation, then actually letting the security trade on its own merits/fundamentals. Either way, the current action on Level II and actual execution of trades leads me to think this thing is going to collapse soon. It has already lost nearly half its value in just over a week. I honestly expect it to trade near 52 week lows given the recent 8K toxic financing....

Sorry, just calling it the way I see it...a rookie management team that is going to destroy an shareholder value...
