bayliner, I'm not sure if Shayne can specifically answer lowe6er directly at this time. It may be because of this merger with name change, he is restricted from commenting on it directly with any one specific shareholder.

That said, we are all anxiously waiting for this merger to happen_including the announced name and cusip change. I believe Shayne will publicly announce this merger with a press release after name and cusip change happens_
