Yeah I looked at that website earlier today.

It was in the earlier press release

It is just a bunch of gibberish about diesel fuel.

The website was registered back in 2007 and hasn't been updated in at least 5 years. It looked exactly the same in June of 2011 as the following link proves:

I doubt anybody trying to contact the admin of that website will get a response but it might not hurt to try if you are willing


I did find it on google but the translate link doesn't help since the whole website is some flash image and not regular text
