I just called the one location: Hotel San Ayre, and nobody even answers the phones. I called the Silverthorne and spoke to the receptionist/attendant there for availability and rates (which were way below what was stated in last conference call) BUT at least someone answered. I emailed the group and asked for some updates. IF I get anything back from them, I will post here.
