I think the value of Stan's IP at POWN, depends on how much of it can be successfully transformed into content.

So far it looks like "Stan Lee's Lucky Man" is the biggest hit. With all the movie deals that have taken place, we have yet to see one start filming. Even one successful movie makes the rest of his IP a lot more valuable.

Disney looks like the lead candidate to buy the company, but, they certainly don't need the IP. I would also like to see them buy the company while Stan is still alive.

I think any other company would probably buy/merge POWN at a discount (maybe). The company certainly doesn't have a high profile. And, without proven successes, the IP is of indeterminate value.

While the current movie deals can do well, we know very little about the IP (except for "Romeo and Juliet:The War"). I like the potential of "Chakra" and the "Zodiac Legacy" (if it were made into movies or a TV show). I haven't seen "Lucky Man" ("The Reflection", or "The Unknowns") yet.

My fear is that Disney already made an offer for the company, that Gill can accept, should something happens to Stan. An acceptable offer could keep Gill from doing any work promoting POWN or its projects. Why bother doing any work if there is a payoff no matter what?
