That is an excellent question. It does seem that the momentum, impetus, of a group of conned investors who wanted to participate in a "discovery" type of legal action followed by lawsuit if there crimes committed, has stalled out.
I noticed that myself and mmbg are still unable to post on the main board so one of the "leaders" who wants everyone to go follow him to another penny stock that is about to go to the moon, is still very much at large....
It has been enjoyable reading the discussion here with Bar, yourself, and Blue....
