Go to google maps and put in their address
1420 240th Street
Harbor City, CA

View the photos and zoom in and you will see an old picture in which you can make out the Balqon trucks sitting alongside the building in the parking lot.

Then go to street view.....a newer picture and the trucks are gone....AND there is a "Space Available" sign in front of the building. Balqon sign over the door, Available sign in the yard.

Call the number on the Available sign and ask them about the property. The story they will tell you is not a good one.

As late as last summer/fall Samra would answer my texts. Now...nothing....
