Quirk said he would retire from FPFI and I believe with all the borrowing and dilution he set himself up fairly well.

I would assume somewhere there is a document that shows the sale of the the Harvest Soul subsidiary to a 3rd private party. These guys didnt fall off the last turnip truck.

morally questionable, yes, thats the way these 3 are. Illegal, I doubt you can prove it. These guys are professional penny players.
