And speaking of the district court litigation v. Amphastar... a decision was entered today awarding some legal expenses and costs to Momenta, approximately $350,000. Recall that Amphastar was sanctioned for failing to comply with orders of the magistrate during discovery. After much argument back and forth, the court ordered Amphastar to pay $350,000, less than Momenta asked for, more than Amphastar argued it should have to pay. 26 pages in the decision; the introducton does summarize the legal background of the case.
