What is a "stucked" position? It specify a stock position with deep paper loss and it is almost impossible to make even without average-down to lower the cost base significantly or with very good news to boost the share price significantly!
For example: many shareholders bought TYTN at 0.03 ~ 0.3 before. Now TYTN is only trading at the 52-week price range of 0.00913 ~ 0.0005. Even TYTN hits 0.00913 again they still could not make even since their cost bases are much much higher (at 0.03 ~ 0.3). Therefore they must do average-down to lower their cost bases to 0.00913 or lower in order to make even here. Say you ever bought 50,000 shares of TYTN at 0.06. Now you should buy 1,500,000 shares at the current asking price 0.002 in order to make even at much much lower price 0.003871, instead of at the original price 0.06!
