It seems like the Doc's don't want the switch the Generic Bio's yet so the insurers will have to work harder.

I can't find any reliable numbers but it but I would guess that Sandoz has only been able to pry around 20% of Neupogen's sales away from Amgen after being on the market for 9 months.

I'm not sure how the drugs are priced.

Generic Bio's aren't following the normal generic path. Maybe it'll take multiple entrants to set the pricing correctly.
