Tgc is doing a careful evaluation of the Aussie asset and other assets in the world, because it is still cash rich and has a close relation with deep pockets. Henc delisting is a sign of desperation or something more ominous and certainly not positive for Henc shareholders. As someone suggested here several months ago, you should have shorted Henc and gone long Tgc. Would have been profitable plus you would be sitting pretty waiting for this stock to recover, which it will. Whereas Henc is dead !
