Let's talk about : Future, projects, Malls, revenues, rentability, attractivity, transparancy, communication, returns on investment ...
Those are magic words investors like to hear !

Huge assets mean nothing if you don't have a clear project that can generate revenues.

Quick Question : Why would you invest in a company which has something to offer?

And I'm still waiting for an annual AUDITED report and a clear explanation why they let the hotel go.
