there is so little demand for stock of scam company WTER that WTER has to go on massive paid stock promotion campaigns, including paying third parties for glowing equity research reports

and

there is so little demand for the stock of scam company WTER that WTER has to offer a 70% discount to market price when raising funds in a secondary offering, and to top it off, issuing freely trading common shares in an amount that almost triples the outstanding common shares


yes, the people have already spoken about WTER

still, the fact that it's one of the most promoted stocks in the OTC...in itself, doesn't make it a scam...regardless if this is something done by mostly scam companies...

let's see how they sell, and what people have to say about it. I say the jury is still out on this one.
