I used to like working, course real estate is flexible. I'm only kinda working nowadays ... new sleep pattern makes real estate tough to do but a few deals still fall in my lap. Had to file for soc sec, pays to be old!

So I am actually going to try to see if I could live off of trading the VXX. If so ... or maybe either way, I sense my real estate days are coming to an end later this year.

Alas my friend you are right again ... work sucks! I'm sure you have an exit plan from "work", hope it's close!
