In his letter to me, Cliff Hunt, ESQ.....

brought up Form 4's, as if SFRX was pure as the wind driven snow. The fact that two Directors, who just happen to be kin to Kyle the Koward violated securities laws by failing to file as REQUIRED, shows they are either incompetent and/or they may have sold those shares.

The 10K states they were issued shares and valued at $84,000 in 2015. Filing a Form 4 is not an option or suggestion. Robert and Charles were suppose to file within 2 days.

So why does SFRX and Defendant reach an agreement, only to have SFRX go back on their word?

It might not be a bad idea to depose Rob and Chuck.
