You first trashed TVOG which was really uncalled for.

To trash TVOG and compare it to ILUS as a better option based on the the fact of the O/S in correlation to the A/S needing to be raised is a tad disingenuous when you were not completly forcoming with the facts of ILUS.

Your absolutely right 7,857,831 is a great structure. No guarantee it will stay that way with the propensity for small companies to issue shares. Hope it doesn't and hope something really good goes into the shell.
