ok, here is what they said...

The Debtors propose eliminating the Holdings Claim Election, (Prime Clerk has told them they still have the votes with out it) subsidiary creditors would remain at the sub level and NOT be elevated to the Holdings level, they also would be deemed to reject...

UST said she thought it was short notice for such extensive changes and that she felt that some parties might want to object...

They will file a revised plan by Monday at 2pm

They will have another Telephonic Hearing Tuesday at 12pm
