thank you i very much appreciate that you remembered my post and i appreciate that you are doing your best to obtain an answer...i assume that with crude at its current level ( and i believe crude was much lower at the end of their fiscal year ) they will have to take a write down on their assets ..at this point it is my belief as a shareholder and a very experienced investor that they owe their shareholders some public explanation of the very long delay in their filings ..so even if they can not yet issue their K they should explain where they stand in that process...i believe this company has a huge asset base and i believe that there is considerable value here and i am very encouraged by the results of the steam injection wells but i am very disappointed at current managements lack of transparency
