Btw, 1 co from the same auditor filled yesterday its overdue 10-k and is now again Current @ SEC and OTC. Because that those Cos are Sec reporting, even by a to late filled Q or K filling, COs will move directly back to current. Ticker is DMH I..

Still 5 Cos from the same Auditor with non 10-k filled yet from which 1 CO is this TTCM CO, but would think that more Cos going to file its overdue filling any moment. So will see, @least the auditor seems to be working.
