We don't know what the agreement is between Theracour and ALLEXCEL Inc. That doesn't matter. What we do know is the agreement between Theracour and NNVC. NNVC has to make certain regular payments to Theracour, and must pay certain royalties on any sales of 'cides. Anything beyond that NNVC gets to keep. However, the royalties are negotiated separately for each new 'cide, and if they actually prove to work don't be surprised if Theracour jacks up the royalties on any new 'cides. What Theracour pays ALLEXCEL comes out of Theracour's pocket.
