Again, the 10Q is irrelevant other than just to prevent the stop sign. The only relevant and most important information to us today is the OS increase by over 300 million shares. For what, it is not clear for now. At what price, it is also not clear. Let's wait and see. This won't show up but in either the 2015 audited financial or in Q1/2016. Most likely the later. Also, most likely Dewmar will have to file an 8K for it or something.
