So let me ask those of you who are convinced that o/s needs to be lowered and an uplisting to a better exchange needed:

WHEN would it happen ? Pretty sure the game plan is to be acquired prior to any US sales and right after FDA approval. You really think they would rs to get PPS up, pay the fees to get on a better exchange, and then get acquired 2-3 months AFTER they do all of this ? Folks - it's all happening less than a year out, so I ask you WHEN would they do it ?

* Next round of financing is likely early Sept, especially if Longtai closes - Titan will get another 3.4 milly coming in. Also, June warrants expire worthless so those issued will never be exercised and hit o/s
