Why on earth would anyone invest in NNVC without knowing their upside?


Suppose NNVC gets $1.00 in profits.

Suppose that Theracour gets the first $0.50 of everything NNVC makes.

Suppose that AllExcell gets the first $0.50 of any profits made from any sales relying on its patent claims.

Then NNVC gets $0.00.


Unless investors know the terms of the deals between AllExcell and Theracour, and Theracour and NNVC, they're making irrational gambles bases on nothing.


What is the rationale for making such an investment, even if Seyomour's claims about the technology are true?

How can the market fairly value such a convoluted mess?
