"The Company also announced in May 2012 that a fundamental patent, on which the nanoviricides® technology is based, is due to be issued in the USA on May 8, 2012. The US Patent (No. 8,173,764) is granted for “Solubilization and Targeted Delivery of Drugs with Self-Assembling Amphiphilic Polymers.” It was issued on May 8, 2012."
"The Company’s drugs are based on several patents, patent applications, provisional patent applications, and other proprietary intellectual property held by TheraCour Pharma, Inc. (“TheraCour®”), to which the Company has exclusive licenses in perpetuity for the treatment of the following human viral diseases: Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV/AIDS), Influenza including Asian Bird Flu Virus (INF), Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV), Hepatitis C Virus (HCV), Hepatitis B Virus (HBV), and Rabies. On February 15, 2010, the Company entered into an Additional License Agreement with TheraCour granting the Company the exclusive licenses in perpetuity for technologies developed by TheraCour for the additional virus types for Dengue viruses (DENV), Japanese Encephalitis (JEV), West Nile Virus (WNV), viruses causing viral Conjunctivitis (a disease of the eye) and Ocular Herpes, and Ebola/Marburg viruses."

You don't see a link to the agreement between Allexcel and TheraCour ("Dr. Diwan simultaneously therewith and since its (NNVC's) formation, has also served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of AllExcel, Inc. (from 1995 to the present) and TheraCour Pharma, Inc. (from 2004 to the present)") by which TheraCour purportedly was assigned the rights to the Allexcel patent, a necessary agreement that must exist in order for there to be any validity to the license between TheraCour and NanoViricides.

I haven't seen it either.


ps. Just to make it interesting:
Both the original and amended licenses between NNVC and ThC were in place years BEFORE the patent was granted to AllExcel. The wording of the ThC/AllExcel agreement must be very interesting...as would be the actual date of that agreement.
