So far I've found that TD Ameritrade's Think Or Swim platform for charts is the best and the Trade Architect platform from TD has Level II for penny stocks. I use OptionsXpress for my actual trades though.

It's been working for me so far. I didn't find out about the Level II for penny stocks in TD until I saw someone mention in here though. It was a great find! Definitely helps to be able to see Level II for SFOR :)
