Yes, I think it would be the easiest explanation for 300M decrease that maybe GRNE decided to exchange only half SAKL debt into shares and half paid off with cash..
However SAKL keep saying that GRNE is majority owned subsidiary of SAKL.. so they have to hold that 582M of commons to be able to say that. .
I will try to go back in filings and see if I can figure out issuance of shares. ..
