Grant Thorton and ICLD are parting ways and now suddenly ICLD management is engaging with some no name accounting firm. At this late date to suddenly split from Grant Thorton is a huge huge red flag. Nobody can vouch for ICLD's financial condition. Things weren't adding up for Grant Thorton either I'd bet. I'm sure it explains why Grant Thorton and ICLD parted ways. I urge extreme caution on ICLD here because nobody can attest ICLD's finances.
