That's a fair analysis. I don't think enough people here realize that

1. The two classes of NNVC stock,

2. The fact that Theracour owns all the intellectual property, and

3. The fact that the president of NNVC has a financial interest in transferring as much money as possible to Theracour, because he owns a larger share of Theracour than NNVC,

means that pharmaceutical companies would be very wary of an acquisition even if there was a 'cide proven to work, and if an acquisition was made the main deal would be with Theracour. I suspect than NNVC shareholders will get the minimum that would be deemed by a court of law to have met the fiduciary obligations of the officers, but no more.
