WHY NNVC IS NOT ON BIG PHARMA RADAR

My information is that 3 large Pharma's have reviewed the NNVC situation. two liked the technology 1 did not. I do not know the reason why the 3rd was cool on the technology. All three did not like the capital structure (2 classes of stock). The two that were interested, were interested in striking a deal with TheraCor not NNVC.

Because Diwan and Seymour have control with their ownership of the "better class of NNVC stock", in theory they could do a deal such that TheraCor is the prime beneficiary, and holders of the "lesser class" of NNVC stock would get something out of the deal but not the big prize.

If you are dubious, read the 10-K for yourself and you will see what I mean about the unfair capital structure. Of course if the "inner-guard" pulls this stunt there will be a law suit but who wants to wait for that to settle out.

At 50 cents, a big-pharma deal or a hit on Herpicide will get the common stock to 10 bucks and that's a 20 bagger from 50 cents. It's worth a shot at that level as I put it at a 1 in 10 that one of these two good outcomes will occur.
