Sold my tiny position in orbt today. I was worried about q1 being weaker (I thought .05-.10) might send it to the low 3's. Instead they reported a disasterous .01 a share. My main problem is GM dropped significantly if gross margin stayed in the .40's earnings would of been .05-.07 and I wouldn't been a seller, but part of why I brought is I believed in higher GM being here to stay, now I have to question is it going to. I have my doubts, surprised to be able to get out in the 3.60's. It was a tiny position that I figured if they reported .05-.08 I would be able to add more at current price if not lower, but they reported .01, the gm was really the main issue for me here. I was aware q1 sales might not be great hence I was gonna triple my position if not more after q1 expecting better results. I still expect better results q2 and beyond, on the revs and earnings front, but if GM don't improve this stock doesn't have the earnings power I thought it did, hence it is not nearly as undervalued as I thought. When the story changes I change with it. Not much cash raised here, but onto the next. All is just my opinion, and I could always be wrong though.
