The MM you're speaking of is likely the guys trying to sell Benny's toxic debt. They're not going anywhere until they completely unload their 500 million shares. They're trying to get the most bang for their buck. Right now it's 4's, which are barely selling. They will sell at 3 or lower if they have to.
