For those that are interested in the Nanosys - QDVision lawsuit, I just looked up the patents mentioned in the case. Of the 13, only 2 were original patents and the rest were continuations. Based on my understanding of patents and the use of continuations (parent filing date sets expiration date), 7 of the patents expire in November 2017, 3 in June 2019, and 3 in December 2020.
