Relying on TA and charts in stinky pinky land is an exercise in futility.
These things move on false hype, hyperbole, innuendo, half-truths and outright lies.
Throw the charts away, they cannot predict these essential elements of OTC life.

Kool-aid is the beverage of choice amongst penny dwellers.
