well statistically that comment seems very wrong...chart absolutely does not show that being a great possibility as you can see by the two year chart....my observation of it hitting a penny on a million shares traded IMO of course is much stronger than your comment of it hitting .0001 on a million shares traded...here my friendbig smile.. take a look:
