One comment/question about your article. Do they actually have a site to build on? The original site is currently in the City of Perry's name due to the loan agreement between the city and Bionitrogen. The city announced the sale of the property to Applied Gaia, although property records still show it in the city's name. At the meeting in Perry, both the city and Mr. Copley said the site would be chosen and paid for at a later date after coming out of bankruptcy. The press release issued by Bionitrogen made it sound like they already have a site. Do they, or don't they have property to build on???
