Why EVP WireTransfer Taylor left this hopeless wreck to go to a going-nowhere start-up with a dozen guys in a Saratoga shoebox rent-a-closet office. Yeah, WireTransfer said to himself "gee, UF will be a huge money maker, so I think I'll leave for a crappier job in a field I know nothing about with a doomed micro-start-up."

Oh, and he's in the process of suing NTEK for back unpaid wages and issuance/delegending of 60,000,000 shares of stock that he says he's owed.

Sure, I'll believe the story that UF is a moneymaker - LOL!!! After a few hits of blotter acid when it begins to make sense.

WireTransfer Taylor obviously saw that UF and NTEK are dead-ends and bailed on the scam.

WireTransfer Taylor's claims for 60,000,000 shares in delegended NTEK common stock will soon be only claims for 60,000 shares. Prolly wanted to gett those issued and delegended so he could dump them before the crushing reverse split. Unless the 41,000,000 shares issued directly into the float (free trading) this week were a settlement with WireTransfer that I haven't yet heard about. Otherwise looks like he is gonna be too late.

And the draft complaint will need to be restyled to conform with the filing requirements for small claims court.
