Debt owed to another party and debt entailed in massive OS is one and the same. Well except that the first party actually got there money back. Cant say that about anyone whos invested here.

Call it what you want but they will have to show a profit or $4million (for the year, assuming 400MM OS) just for this to net .01/share and maybe get us back to the last RS pricing. Highly unlikely though for any of that to happen.

But keep the dream alive anyways. Be a hell of a story if they ever accomplish anything.
